What counts as a credit?
Browsing and searching cached data (list, search, topics) is free. Only realtime scraping and AI expansion consume credits. Scraping jobs cost depth x platforms credits. For example, a scrape with depth=3 across 2 platforms costs 6 credits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher tier. Credits reset on your monthly billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. PAYG credits never expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier is permanently free with 100 credits/month. You can evaluate the full API surface before upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor. Annual billing is available at a 33% discount.
Can I combine subscriptions and PAYG?
Yes! PAYG credits are used automatically when your subscription credits run out. Buy credit packs anytime from Settings — they never expire.
