User bought a plush advertised as authentic from Miniso but received a counterfeit item. They suggest Miniso needs to improve its quality control to prevent this from happening.
So I bought a plush that was advertised as authentic and produced my miniso and hasbro and they had 99.6% positive feedback back so I thought its good and the description fits for the authentic plush product and Ive been getting excited then I decided to see the good reviews and they seemed good and I didnt know there was an option to look at only negative reviews till after and they only have 2 and one of them is from the same listing I bought the plush and its them saying its fake and shows a picture of a counterfeit aliexpress plush that is much lower quality and the tag on the plush is the completely wrong brand, I haven't received the item yet but now Im nervous if it'll be a hassle to get my money back or what do I do if they deny my claim that its fake? Is there anything I can do if they deny its fake what if my bank refuses charge back too am I just screwed out of almost $50? I feel like the claim may be denied because I only seen the one bad review of it and I can see its fake but they have sold 20 so I dont know if other people were tricked and thought the fake was real so they gave good feedback
