I run a small team (8 people) and we're wasting so much time on CRM data entry it's insane. Every meeting needs to be logged, every email thread needs notes, every interaction manually entered. My sales team spends like 30% of their time just updating the CRM instead of actually selling. I want something that just fucking knows when a meeting happened, can see the email thread, and doesn't require constant manual babysitting. None of us on the sales side are very tech savvy so trying to set up a lot of these automations in the past was pretty daunting but with all the AI stuff this feels like it should be easier?
