User notes that not all desired games are available on Geforce Now, which is irritating. A broader selection of major titles would improve the service.
I'm curious since I've seen 2 heavily upvoted comments here about it being bad. I started gaming on the xbox 360 15 or so years ago, then got a PC (GTX 670, i5 2500 I think) then had a massive break and only a couple years ago got the itch to try games again but with a MacBook Air there wasn't anything I could play. I tried geforce now not expecting it to even work but it has just been like the best aspects of console and PC. It's extremely convenient, there is no fan noise, no heat and it is insanely cheap at £200 a year for access to a RTX 5080 PC which as far as I can tell would cost £2k+. It hasn't been flawless, not all the games are on it which is irritating but it has the vast majority of major titles. It also limits time to 100 hours a month. As a casual though I've loved it with my favourite part of PC gaming being the mouse/keyboard and graphics which it does so well.
