[KeepingYouAwake] Allow disabling On/Off notifications

User wants an option to disable the notifications that appear when manually enabling or disabling sleep prevention, as they have currently disabled all notifications for the app.

On macOS each times I manually enable/disable sleep, a notification appears.. It will be really nice to allow us to disable this. For now I've disabled all KeepingYouAwake notifications. Thank you :)
