Designers out there, does anyone else write support tickets and feature requests with existing and ideal user flows in the ticket? My latest request to ZEDGE was to remove an item from my downloads (hindering my ability to use their auto-rotate wallpapers). That led me to writing out my ideal workflows for using their auto-rotate wallpapers feature, edge case handling, and error state handing. (NOTE: I would have created a separate ticket for a feature request but they didn't have the option.) I know this kind of detail would have been much-appreciated by the teams I've led and worked on, but I always wonder how it'll be received. 🤔
