[Avante.nvim] Implement dead loop detection for token consumption

### Feature request It will be helpful to add a detection (similar to the one in antigravity) to prevent too fast token consumption, if a deep loop of model happens ### Motivation When I first learn to use avante.nvim, I'm not quite familiar with the key map. Tried to use kimi-2.6, and I said "refer to some file" without further instruction, the model entered a dead loop. (I forgot the exact prompt to reproduce) ### Other _No response_
