Hey everyone, hoping someone here has navigated this already. I'm an individual seller in India trying to sell digital products online. Here's the wall I've hit: Etsy — requires GSTIN, which I don't have as an individual. So that's out for now. Stripe — not supported in India. So any platform that relies on Stripe payouts is a no-go. Gumroad — seems like the most viable option? It pays out via PayPal, which works in India. But I'm aware there's a cut from both Gumroad and PayPal. My questions: Is Gumroad + PayPal really the best path for Indian individual sellers right now? Any hidden issues I should know before going all in on this setup? Are there any other platforms that work for Indians without GST registration? I'm just starting out and want to keep things simple and legal.
