The Oura app currently lacks robust functionality for analyzing wider trends in sleep and recovery data, making it difficult for users to gain deeper, more actionable insights. Users currently resort to exporting raw data and uploading it to external tools for this purpose.
Wearable Tech that I am using in 2026. This doesn’t include other hardware & apps – will share more about those at a later date. ŌURA 3.0 for sleep & overnight physiology tracking COROS Apex 2 Pro + HR Monitor for tracking activity, distance & pace, and heart rate Output Sports for tracking all things strength & power in the gym WHOOP MG for a combination of overnight & day time activity Other devices that I have tested & have utility I’ve also included are FLOWBIO® Ultrahuman POLAR Airofit CORE & Eight Sleep There is still not one device that does it all. You will need to combine multiple pieces of tech to have a truly holistic view of health / performance. There is still a big missing piece around subjective / perceptual data within tech & apps, particularly around supporting decisions for recovery & readiness. Data is only as good as what you do with it – be consistent with wear, track longer term, shift behaviours & re-assess data. Consider having 1-2 metrics for tracking: – load – stress on the body – response – sleep & recovery – perception – how you feel What wearable devices am I missing? Or what should I consider swapping out to?
