User reports not seeing route information in the app and inability to use live features when the dashcam enters power saving mode, indicating a need for these functionalities to work as expected.
My Dashcam is connected and I can see it in the Thinkware Connected app. But i am not able to see any route information on the thinkware connected app. Also, as my dashcam goes in the power saving mode, I cannot use the live features. Anything I am missing in the set up??
