Users want job boards to provide feedback on their applications, especially when they are rejected. This could help them improve their resumes and interview skills for future applications.
Heads up to anyone considering applying to Ramp: the hiring process is a complete waste of time. They make you do an upfront assessment, but the rejection comes so fast it’s obvious the decision isn’t based on anything you submitted. It’s a volume funnel, not a hiring process: no human review, no respect for your time, and no indication they care about the people applying. If a company treats applicants like disposable inputs, I can only imagine how they treat customers. I wouldn’t trust them with a business card, let alone my career.
