I need Botox for a medical condition, and I read that increasing zinc can make Botox last longer, but phytic acid/phytate blocks the absorption of zinc. I am a vegetarian, so I assume I eat foods with a lot of pytates. However, phytase is an enzyme that breaks down phytate. Why can't I find phytase for humans? I can only find it in bags for animal feed. Some digestive enzymes are on the market, but they either contain no phytase at all or a very tiny amount.
