The user faced issues with Zencastr stopping the recording of a guest during a session. They want to know if this is a common issue and if it can be improved for the free tier users.
So, I signed up for the free account, which says that they allow 3hrs of audio recording a month. I just tried to record our first show with 2 other guests and it stopped recording one of them after 5 min. Myself and another guest could still hear ourselves, but the third just got frozen out. Is this normal for the Zencastr “free” tier and will it correct itself if we move to a paid subscription?
