Users are facing challenges with LinkedIn conversations being outside of HubSpot, leading to a lack of visibility on communication that affects deal management. Integrating LinkedIn conversations into HubSpot would help streamline workflows and improve deal tracking.
Hey folks, I’m trying to sanity check something and would really value input from people running real portals. In a few teams I’ve worked with, LinkedIn conversations live completely outside HubSpot. The pipeline looks clean, but once you dig into a deal you realize a big part of the actual communication happened in DMs. What I’m trying to understand is not the sync itself, but the impact. If LinkedIn context is missing from HubSpot, where does it actually hurt, if at all? I’m less interested in which tools people use and more in whether this creates real friction in your workflow or whether teams simply operate fine with LinkedIn sitting outside the CRM. Is this a structural gap in how teams work, or more of a niche concern? Would appreciate honest experiences from people who deal with this day to day.
