I built a dashboard that organizes games into one interface, allowing users to see what's live or upcoming and jump straight to a stream without hunting around. Looking for feedback on this feature.
I’ve been experimenting with a small SaaS called SportsFlux and wanted to share some early learnings with the community. The idea came from a personal pain point: finding sports streams online is a bit tiresome. You often open multiple websites, check links that don’t work, and waste time before the game even starts. So I built a dashboard that organizes games into one interface — you can see what’s live or upcoming and jump straight to a stream without hunting around. A few early insights so far: • Users respond well to a clean, simple dashboard versus flashy interfaces • Focusing on speed and usability seems to matter more than fancy features at this stage • Even a very niche tool can attract consistent engagement if it solves a real problem Right now I’m experimenting with validation: sharing the dashboard with a small audience, getting feedback, and seeing whether it solves the problem for people beyond myself. For those who’ve launched niche SaaS tools: how do you balance building features versus testing traction early on? I would love to hear what worked for you in similar scenarios.
