Trying to run ads for the first time. Cool. Need a facebook account? ok! Done. Need to create a FB page? ok! Took a while and a lot of errors but i eventually got a page created. Trying to link an IG account to a page? Impossible. Just hit with error after error. Restricted for my protection. What? There are no restrictions anywhere on my accounts. Cant submit a ticket. Cant talk to someone. AI is useless. Tried unlinking everything and starting again, didnt work. Tried doing it all on mobile, still doesnt work. Cant make a new page to try a different page either. When i try to approach it another way, it says my IG account is part of a business portfolio with restrictions. Ok, so i go check out the Business Support Home and there are none... What the hell am I missing? Is it because its a new FB account (never used it before)? Or is it just broken? Ive wasted so many hours on this.
