A driver complains that after declining a ride (especially long ones), the app repeatedly sends the same request, further lowering their acceptance rate. They request that a declined ride should not be resent and should only impact the acceptance rate once.
Here’s another thing I don’t understand, if I decline a long ride that is 45 minutes in length or longer that should be it and I should never see the ride again and only lose credit for the acceptance of that ride one time. However, Uber will keep sending the ride back to me over and over and over again, even though I already declined it initially and they’ll start lowering my acceptance rate even lower and lower and lower with each decline of that same ride that I initially declined. When I tell you no on a ride offer Uber and Lyft, I mean, no,.period. Stop sending me the damn ride over and over and harming my acceptance rate.
