User notes that many of their peers are underperforming and questions whether it is a management issue or lack of training. They suggest that better training programs could help improve overall team performance.
5/6 of my peers are on a PIP. (<60% attainment for a rolling three month average). These are both hunters and farmers. They are seasoned professionals with 10,20,30 years in tech sales. I’m shocked that the team isn’t performing as a whole. And I know this is rhetorical but is this a management issue? Territory misalignment? Lack of training? (Most have under 12 months with this company) I’m not a manager so there’s nothing I can do but give suggestions to my peers. Any ideas?
