Is it known as to why this part from the box art/instruction booklet cover isn’t actually in the set? It’s not mentioned in the instruction booklet either. I bought this set almost exclusively for that part lol. I didn’t know it wouldn’t be there when I bought it. Set number: 31058 Part number: 98613
