**JTBD:** When my health appointments or care arrangements change, I want a simple way to update my adult children about the change, so they stay informed without me having to make multiple phone calls. **Context & frequency:** Seniors managing their own health often reschedule GP, hospital, or care visits and adjust transport or care arrangements as a result. Adult children who are involved in their parent's welfare want to stay informed, but the senior has to relay changes individually to each child. With 2–4 adult children, this becomes a repetitive communication burden that happens several times per month. **Pain / stakes:** When adult children aren't updated, they show up for the wrong appointment time, arrange unnecessary help, or panic when their parent isn't where expected. For seniors, making multiple calls is tiring and sometimes leads to telling different children different things by mistake. **Current workaround:** Seniors call or text each adult child individually, or a
