User manually manages context for different projects and dynamic information (like trip details) by swapping out files. This indicates a need for a more integrated and automated way to provide and update context for the AI, especially for personal assistant workflows.
I do something similar but use the system instructions for the project and then give it context through the project files. So for my assistant I made a file of various places I go to help me build my day but then in a separate file I swap out a file with details of trips I have coming up with flight and hotel details. When the trip is done I delete it and create a new one when I book another trip.
