User is unable to register their Q1000 dashcam via barcode scan and receives an error message, asking if there's a trick or a way to manually input the registration code.
I just had my Q1000 Dash Cam hardwired into my car. The garage at my dealership did it. I downloaded the Connected App and I’ve gotten to the point of registering but I keep getting an error message. I’ve tried scanning the bar code several times. Is there a trick to this that I’m missing … or is there a way I can input the code manually?
