[MailChimp] Add option to remove printing banner

Users want the ability to remove the banner that appears on printed pages, which blocks content. They are unable to find a setting to disable it for printing.

I can't figure out how to print or even save without this banner on the top of every single page, usually blocking content beneath it. How do I get rid of this for printing? I don't care if it's on page 1, I just want it to be removed on the other pages. But I can't find a printing setting or an in-program setting that allows me to remove it for printing. Is there even an option, or do I have to build the entire structure around that banner?
