[Chula Vista] Improve pest control measures

So storytime!! We went up to the dells at Chula Vista in Wisconsin Dells for the weekend. We checked take the kids to Waterpark , dinner etc get cleaned up to rest got o bed the kids are still up watching movies on the tablets well they wake us up close to midnight saying there are bugs all over the room in the kitchen and bathroom and came out once the lights went off. We get up to check it out and I wasnt sure what they were at first. So I decided to do a Google lens search of what it was and come to find that what it was German Cockroaches!!!! And they were everywhere. So I go to call front desk to find the phone isn't working in the room. So I had to call through my phone which brings me to some call center. FIRST the guy was like well were close to sold out and wanted to move us to a room that was like right next to the room ... um no there going to be there too guaranteed. Im like no I want away put of this building somewhere else. Supposedly they didnt have one in the other buildings so they offered on the other end for the night a floor above but was a down graded room. By this time its almost 1am fine do it the kids need to get to bed were ticked and exhausted. We extra checked the room which it was clean nothing thankfully. We're told to come talk to the hotel manager in the morning. We go in the morning im crabby because honestly who could sleep after being in the 1st room with bugs in it gross!! We go down and low and behold manager isn't there yet. The supervisor who give us am upgrade in a different building in a condo which was nice. We said we wanted our money back for the night before because of all the Inconvenience we've had to go through. And was told because we purchased the all inclusive package that she wasnt able to refund anything and that we would have to wait to speak to the manager and he would be on at 3pm so again we had to wait to come back to speak to him fine we wil do that another inconvenience having to keep going back. Finally get to the time to speak to him go to front desk and explain again to some one there who basically brushed us off like they didnt care. Like well why hasn't anyone else complained?? And that theres no way they could be in another room. I call bs. But we get to finally speak to the manager who tells us yah I know about it so we tell him we want some compensation for this due to all the inconvenience just Friday night because we were okay with everything were we are now. And he goes well we gave you a room upgrade and all like we had to move your lucky were still here and not demanding a full refund! He first tries to offer 50% a future stay umm no thats not going to cut it. Then offers a $150 gift card. Fine we'll take it but told him we are calling the health department. He was so rude to us and indont get because we had an all inclusive package why we couldnt get comped for our troubles?!?! So public service warning dont stay here or if you do go do not stay in any of the gold Villa buildings unless you want to deal with roaches!! I am going to post this everywhere too. In comments I will post the picture of just a few of what we found in the room!! Ughh disgusting gross !! If anyone knows anyone going there please inform them about this and share with eveyone!!!
