A new quick action for the field guide tool. When clicked: 1. User chooses which page to add the sighting to 2. Opens the new sighting fragment for that page Page selector can be similar style to the beacon selector. For now if the user doesn't have an existing page to add the sighting to, there should be a way for them to open the field guide tool. I'll have to see what the UX would be like for them to create a page and immediately add a sighting right from the quick action (might add a follow on).
