Users want the ability to auto-forward emails from a league account to personal Gmail accounts and reply from those personal accounts using the league email address in the From line. This would simplify email management for users handling multiple accounts.
I'm just a regular dad trying to get a small-town little league operation off the ground after the old one crashed and burned a few years ago through mismanagement and a genuine lack of ability. I have a personal gmail account and a separate gmail account used for the little league organization. My end game is for all email to the league account to get auto-forwarded to the gmail accounts of me and 2 others, and for each of us to be able to reply directly from our gmail accounts using the league email address in the From line. \- First I'll need to auto-forward everything from the little league account but I'll do that later, once I've got this other stuff figured out \- I'm stuck at the part where I set up the other sender email address in my gmail account. I tried to follow some generic instructions online, but only got as far as the 2nd step in the screenshot. I didn't see anything like that on my screen. I was able to set up 2-factor authentication though, which I thought would fix the problem, but it didn't. \- The other concern is that the league email address is tied to my phone number. I need for the other 2 to be able to log in to the league email address without google sending confirmation codes to my phone. Any help you guys can give is much appreciated.
