[WooCommerce] Order pickup service integration

I need an order pickup service that integrates with WooCommerce, similar to what I had with GoDaddy, where I can mark an order as 'ready for pickup' and send notifications to customers.

I just switched from GoDaddy to WooCommerce (through WordPress) for my website. I am using Shippo for shipment labels, WooCommerce for payments, and MailPoet for my emails. GoDaddy had a pickup service built in where I could mark an order "ready for pickup" and an email was sent, and then when the customer picked it up, I marked it “fulfilled" and another email went out thanking them for the business and offering other products. I can't seem to find something like this in WooCommerce. Are there any options out there like that and can integrate with WooCommerce?
