User experienced data loss and frustration due to the inability to switch between two Galaxy Fit 3 watches within the Samsung Health app. They request a feature to easily manage and switch between multiple connected wearables without losing data.
I have 2 Galaxy Fit 3 watches. Long story, I got the second for a family member, who refused to wear it. I decided to do a test to see how accurate the sleep monitoring is, wore a watch on each wrist, and ended up with the second watch usurping my samsung health, and now the original band's data won't even show up. I tried unconnecting the second watch, removed the bluetooth connection, but Health still showed the wrong data. I tried looking the issue up on Samsung's site without any results, because there is simply no way to switch between wearables in the health app (why???) and then I asked Google's AI. Bad idea, I know. The AI was so "helpful" my phone wouldn't even recognise my original watch any more, and I had to reset it, and all my data was lost. So... yeah. Lovely. Did I miss something? Is there a way to switch between wearables, and I lost my data for nothing, or is this something that Samsung needs to improve on? In the case there is a way to switch, feel free to call me a dum-dum, just please tell me how.
