Users are concerned about the frequent need to replace expensive 2032 watch batteries in some trackers and the difficulty of swapping them. There's a need for more convenient and sustainable battery solutions, such as longer-lasting batteries or easy USB-C recharging.
Hey looking for best option for luggage GPS tracker So my understanding of AirTag and its competitors is that it doesn't use GPS, it uses nearby iphones (possibly apple products in general) to track it. So if nobody nearby has apple, or at least a device connected to towers and/or wifi no dice. I think with airbag it has to be apple and with android tags it has to be android? This is the common category. Also I think they take expensive 2032 watch batteries and its probably difficult to swap them and you have to do so often? Most unfortunately, at least the AirTag tips off would be unscrupulous people that there's an airtag nearby. Which sucks. Anyway, is there a good GPS, or GPS AND phone tracker that I could get for my expensive luggage? Thank you
