User is concerned about their baby's sleep habits and how they will adapt to daycare. They suggest a feature that helps track and analyze baby sleep patterns to assist parents in managing transitions.
My baby will be 4 months old next week & currently only falls asleep in a carrier while being bounced. If we try to lay him down after he falls asleep, he often wakes up early from the nap during the day and becomes cranky. At night, he falls asleep in the carrier but then sleeps well (5-8hrs) once we transfer him to the crib. He starts daycare in 3 weeks and I’m worried about naps. They only have babies sleep in cribs (with the lights on), and with 2 teachers and up to 8 babies, it seems unlikely they’ll be able to carry him to help him fall asleep. I work remotely from home, so I’m planning to pick him up early at first to help with the transition and try to move my meetings to when he’s at daycare. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What helped your baby adjust?
