Hello, first time posting. I’m currently 30 weeks and have had a really rough time with morning sickness, depression and anxiety throughout my pregnancy. Like lying in bed all day crying. I feel extremely guilty and have a lot of shame about it as I want to be happy and healthy for my baby. I've also put on a lot of weight. Is it safe for me to start gentle exercise? Does anyone have any recommendations for an exhausted and sad mumma to be? Thank you so much, I have been lurking here for a while now!
