Users desire a feature to generate personalized workouts that target neglected muscle groups or provide quick sessions (e.g., 30 minutes) based on their exercise history.
if we are tracking over time what exercises people are doing, it might be possible to then click a "generate me a workout" which targets muscle groups that have been ignored, or which the user hasn't done in a while. This could be coupled with a "quick 30 minute workout" option for those who need something quick but don't have time for a large session with lots of sets or reps. Being able to generate quick or bespoke workouts would be very attractive for users who just need something now and don't want to overthink or spend time designing something.
