[GPT-SoVITS] Replace Fun-ASR with Fun-ASR-Nano-2512 for better language support

The project currently relies on the outdated Fun-ASR 1.0.27 version, which only supports Chinese and Cantonese. Switching to Fun-ASR-Nano-2512 would provide support for all required languages and potentially eliminate the need for faster-whisper.
