[Premiere] Allow enabling/disabling all clips at once

I want a feature that lets me enable all selected clips in Premiere without toggling their current state. Currently, enabling selected clips disables the previously enabled ones, which is counterproductive.

Is there another setting that just enables the clips please? Thank you!
