Users need the ability to schedule recurring meetings directly within HubSpot, for both internal teams and external customers. This functionality should be native and not require complex workflow workarounds, as it is considered a basic and essential CRM feature.
HubSpot Your AI features are awesome but there's a basic feature that we've been requesting for a long time which I'd love to see: The ability to schedule a recurring meeting. Both internal users and customers with meetings should be able to have a HS meeting that can be set as recurring for any given period of time. And we should be able to do this without workflow wizardry. I promise I'm not the only one requesting this so if you want the receipts, have your people reach out to my people. An actual quote from a HS end user today on HS Starter: Customer: "How do I schedule a recurring bi-weekly meeting with a customer?" Me: "You can't" Customer: "That's dumb. It's like the most basic thing ever." Me: "Too bad." Also me: Proceeds to go book 10 meetings with their meeting link so that the multitude of meetings with reminders are added to the calendar.
