It’s basically new but already has: * Charger fails (blinking red light) * Clicking stem that makes it unsafe to ride I requested a **Phantom open-box** replacement (\~$1900) because the City Pro (\~$1700) doesn’t match my Ghost’s performance and is unsafe for my riding style. Apollo refused, calling the issues “wear and tear,” even though I haven’t had the scooter long. I rely on this scooter as my **only transportation**, so being left without it has been a huge burden. I’ve provided video evidence to Apollo documenting the charger and stem issues. I’m posting this publicly because these are **serious safety concerns**, and Apollo’s response so far has not addressed them.
