Users want a way to recover inactive tabs that Chrome automatically closes after a certain period. They have important tabs that are forcibly closed and are looking for a solution to restore them without having to search through browsing history.
Because I have three phones, I didn't notice or realize that my phone had automatically added inactive tabs to its list of unused Chrome pages. At least 800 very important Chrome tabs were open (have been open for several months) and remained there. Today, when I tried to access them, I found they had been marked as inactive and forcibly closed. How can I recover unused tabs that were forcibly closed on my phone? I only discovered this today. Chrome automatically closes inactive tabs and gives me the option that all inactive tabs will be closed in 21 days. I want to recover my tabs, which are mostly for reading novels, GitHub, technology, AI, etc. I don't want it to automatically force all my inactive tabs to become inactive and close whenever I select this option. I tried doing this, but it only showed a few of the most recently inactive tabs. I don't know what to do—finding those tabs one by one from my browsing history is an impossible task. Some of these are things I've kept for years and only use every few months. Is there any way to restore my browser tabs? Or am I completely out of options? I'll never need Chrome to read novels or comics again. Need help
