Hi guys, I think one of the main things I struggle with for losing weight is food noise. Basically, you keep thinking about this food and then want to eat it. I feel like a lot of my sugary in-take are because of this, and people are starting to realize that I've been getting thinner like I was hoping to get. Is there any way I could reduce food noise? I used Lemme Debloat two of the gummies and didn't really think of food that much, but I don't know, I don't usually do much in weekend. What about on the weekdays when I actually start thinking about stuff, and food noise comes back? Is there a way I could treat it at all? I think it would really help me if there were a way.
