Ultra-soft cervical pillow for neck pain relief

this is my first ever reddit post idk if im doing this right but i badly need a soft pillow for my neck. i've had neck pain for many years and it's bad (going to see a doctor about it). what i think i'm looking for is a cervical neck pillow that is SOFT!! like i need it ULTRA SOFT!!!! i've tried about 5 pillows now from amazon & i tried one other website and the typical description is something like "soft but supportive. not too soft and not too firm." now when i'm trying out a new pillow, i avoid pillows with that type of description because those pillows have been too firm for my neck. the pillow i'm searching for is OUT THERE i KNOW IT EXISTS because my boyfriend has a suuuuuuper soft Sleep Innovations cervical neck pillow that he got a looong time ago. whenever i go to his place, i hog it :( i tried ordering what i thought was the same pillow from amazon (and it looks like its the same one from their official website), but it wasnt the same and its way too firm for me!!
