The user in post [5] is tracking various hormone levels and other health metrics in a Google Sheet. A feature to track and visualize this data within a dedicated app would be very useful for monitoring the effects of TRT and other interventions.
History: I started going to the gym in October 2026. In January 2026 I began going 6 days a week. I am there for 2, 3 and sometimes 4 hours, lifting, and burning calories on the bike and treadmill tracking calories burned my Polar Verity Sense heartrate monitor and logging. I went low carb, high protein, no sugar and limited alcohol. **I am now at my fattest ever, and look worse in the mirror than when I began.** In a moment of desperation I signed up for Marek Health. I am 40, Male, 192 lbs and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and I look pregnant. Almost all of my fat is (from what I am reading) visceral belly fat. It is not flabby or saggy. It's more like I am bloated. My blood test results came back and these were the figures out of normal ranges: **Free Testosterone** Result: 56.7 pg/mL / Optimal Range: 180-350 pg/mL **DHEA-S** (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate) Result: 299 ug/dL / Optimal Range: 300-550 ug/dL **IGF-1** (Insulin-Like Growth Factor I) Result: 135 ng/mL / Optimal Range: 175-400 ng/mL **TSH** (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Result: 2.67 uIU/mL / Optimal Range: 0.25-1.5 uIU/mL **Free T3** (Free Triiodothyonine) Result: 3.2 pg/mL / Optimal Range: 3.5-5 pg/mL **Glucose** Result: 90 mg/dL / Optimal Range: <85 mg/dL **LDL Cholesterol** Result: 115 mg/dL / Optimal Range: 30-90 mg/dL **ApoB** (Apolipoprotein B) Result: 96 mg/dL / Optimal Range: 20-65 mg/dL **Vitamin D** (25-OHD) Result: 59 ng/mL / Optimal Range: 60-100 ng/mL **Ferritin** Result: 194 ng/mL / Optimal Range: 30-110 ng/mL Of course I have my full report, but I don't want to copy and paste all that because its so many pages. I take Vitamin D3 soft gels at 10,000 iu every morning with breakfast so I was surprised it was low. I am reading threads on Reddit about experiences and it sounds like TRT is amazing, makes men happy, and helps them achieve their fitness goals. I am actively working on my sleeping problems. I am pretty healthy, but, I cant sleep more than about an hour at a time on average. I just got a CPCP machine. I have overactive bladder and back pain, so I am constantly waking up to pee, roll over, or breathe due to snoring/ choking. I just bought a bottle of ZMAG-T (Zinc, magnesium, B6 and Boron). I eat steak, shrimp, romaine lettuce, keto bread, low/no fat Fage yogurt, cheese, hardboiled eggs, over easy eggs, sardines, tuna, almonds and coffee with little 2% milk. I was (until my blood test results) maintain a calorie deficit everyday, tracking it on Google Sheets. I have been eating between 1,400 and 2,500 calories depending on the days with most days below 2,000 calories. What would you do if you were me? Would you try TRT? This rabbit hole started because I was looking into a GLP1 agonists. I just don't want to look like crap in the mirror, especially after all my hard work, which seems to not have paid off. I even got a personal trainer once a week. I am about to retire from the military. I have health insurance until the end of January, then I have to start paying for it. If this matters. I am kind of scared to bring this up to my doctor, because I feel like I went behind his back and got an outside blood test and am taking it to him like "*Look at what I found*." Of course I suspect Marek will try to sell me multiple products, they are a for profit business after all, but I suspect their services are expensive. They might try to coerce me into something I don't actually need, I don't know. This is my first experience and I am learning as I go. Please share your concerns, thoughts and opinions with me. I have been reading a lot and I think it's time to have a conversation. Side note: I cry almost every day. I just did it now, not full sobbing, but I have to stop talking in the middle of a sentence of it will get out of control. I am curious if this is related to low T.
