[HonkaiStarRail] Improve Cyrene's kit to work outside Chrysos Heirs teams

There's an influx of posts about how everyone is seemingly wrong for wanting more out of Hoyoverse. I figured it would be helpful to list the objective reasons that people are not okay with the direction they took with the penultimate character of Amphoreus. 1. **Cyrene only works in Chrysos Heirs teams.** Her kit is literally tied to them by name. Her general buffing is pitiful, it's so bad that you can't really even use her unless you want to downgrade your team or spend 300+ pull tickets pulling her & her e2 - You thought the anti-break mechanics in 3.X was bad, HoYo doesn't even need to artificially nerf remembrance teams in 4.X. They just need to release new dps units to nerf her - Right now the shill end game buffs will favor her, and her teams, but that will not last forever 2. **Cyrene's Ultimate takes too long to charge** in a multitude of common scenarios, and specifically in a team without Hyacine or without at least 2-3 other chrysos heirs 3. **Locked her "fix my kit" eidolon behind e2** 4. She's **not an expected level of upgrade in some chrysos heirs teams**. And if you take one chrysos heir out of the comparison team, her value drops noticeably. The concern of her future value is that she's team locked 5. You thought the relationship shill with Firefly was bad (I say as an e2 firefly enjoyer)? Oh boy did HoYo outdo themselves **trying to market her as the players wife**. Even the breaks in the Livestream has her seductively speaking to the viewer (maybe this isn't a new trend, but I don't remember this in past live streams) 6. Her skin **requiring spending $250 USD** without top up bonus is unbelievably greedy (even Firefly's costume cost 1/10th the cost and at least changes her outfit) 7. **No top up reset** before another spending event is greedy. No, you don't get it for "free". It requires people who most likely wouldn't have spent money before anniversary reset now have to spend money to acquire it 8. Her skin being **just a weapon skin** that barely changes anything is greedy. They could have just released her small model as a skin for same cost as firefly skin. Or actually develop a real skin like they have in their other games. 9. The **live stream used her e5 or e6** to display her "strength" because the developers knew how underwhelming her e0 would look on the screen. This is unprecedented, and it's shady to mislead players who expect to see low eidolon game play in the live stream. These reasons are all valid. Why do I care? Because I really like Cyrene, and Hoyo is showing a trend of reducing player friendliness of HSR. I get that if it keeps selling Hoyoverse will keep doing it until it hits a point of negative return on investment. Maybe in 4.5 we'll have a $500 Screwllum brown hat recolor instead of the usual black, and it will activate a special buff for only Arlan to make him T1 that can do global attacks on any team. The players finally stop spending at this price point, and that's the stopping point for future skins. /sarcasm If you like her, by all means pull her. Use her in your 3.X teams just like others use their break teams today. Maybe spend $250 on no top up bonus and get your wife bow.
