Great breakdown. I’ve tried nearly all of these, some more than once, and I keep coming back to Monday for day-to-day work. My biggest frustration is the forced minimum of three licenses. I’d happily pay for a single Standard license, but instead I’m constantly weighing spreadsheets, the limited free plan (200 items goes fast), or paying for seats I don’t use. For solo operators or small consultancies, that pricing gap is a pain. Every month at renewal time, I start looking at other options but still find myself back with Monday.
