User suggests marking machine-translated lines as "unfinished" to avoid displaying them in the UI, as current translations are poor.
Recently most of translations were updated. I can't say for all, but Russion is obviously a Machine one. Besides obvious slop like lack of capitalization for a lot of lines, the translation looks just bad; sometimes up to point of being hard to use. I personally would prefer no translation (or minimal as there were already some initial efforts in #301) over this. Best thing IMHO would be to mark all machine-translated lines that were added as "unfinished". So they won't get displayed in the UI until a human translator verifies them.
