Am I the only one that experiences the friction between the sales & creative team? As someone who has done both but currently a sales account manager, no matter what I say, how I say it or when. The creative feels attacked by technical questions about the timeline of creative delivery. I want to get better at how I can communicate urgency without pressure or stress…but I also need to provide updates to my clients but it’s like walking on eggshells when dealing with creative, for me at least. \#help
