@Pulkit_Saraf All apps require the engine to be started to turn on the Dashcam. However you don’t require an app to start the recording. It automatically records immediately if you turn on the ignition. You will need an app to connect to the Wi-Fi only to download and view the recordings. I agree it is time consuming to download videos, especially to download a video which you wish to download out of the many clips recorded
