When adding a new business contact/recipient, make the option to change first/last name fields to a business name more prominent or easier to find, as it's currently a very small box.
Great video and very well explained. One suggestion, when adding a new business contact/recipient, there's a very small box above the name area you can tick that changes the first/last name options to a business name.
