I filed in early Feb. I was sent the CP5071 asking me to verify shortly after I filed, but I was traveling and didn't see the letter until much later (a few days ago, March 10). Now when I go to verify online, I just see the following message: "We are not able to provide assistance to you via the identity verification tool" Has anyone else run into this issue? I've tried calling the number on the letter multiple times but the automated message tells me that no one is available to take the call and to call back...wondering when I'll get my refund because it's been well over the expected 21 days now.
