Fix the issue where adjusting the split ratio in split screen mode causes the UI to lose its scroll position.
### Detailed description When running Tusky in split screen mode, any adjustment of the split ratio will cause the UI to reflow and lose the current scroll position, defaulting to the top of the toots list. ### Steps to reproduce the problem 1. Open the browser (or any other app) 2. Open Tusky 3. Pull up from the gesture bar and hold for a short interval until Tusky appears inset with other apps scrollable to the left 4. Tap on the Tusky icon to get the app management menu 5. Tap "Split screen" 6. Tap the browser or other app that was previously open 7. Scroll down a page or two in the home feed list 8. Tap and hold the center of the divider between the apps 9. Drag the divider up or down to adjust the split ratio 10.
