User suggests adding counterweight features for machines like pullovers and leg extensions to improve stability and strength during workouts, as they currently use plates for this purpose.
How do you deal with exercises like the pull over machine where you get a force upwards so great that it can cause you to lift off? I don't have a seatbelt and just use a 20kg plate on the lap. Also what about leg extensions? I use a 32kg dumbbell as a counter weight and it makes me noticably stronger because of the added stability. I literally can't find anything online about this and don't know anyone doing this. Am I tripping or did I find some secret technique for the people who don't have a seatbelt?
