Don’t roast me for using Avis. I typically use Avis as its closest rental place to my job. Have a vacation coming up and wanted to use my Avis points to pay for rental. Went to checkout and it seems like I can use my points for anything (safety/booster seats, satellite radio, roadside issues) other than covering the rental cost? Any other Avis users run into this? Am I missing something or is Avis actually trash and can only use points for these useless add ons?
